I have taught in various capacities, including after-school programs, summer camps, a private K-12 school, and a language academy. I have worked all ages, from children to seniors, although my preferred age range is teens and young adults. I have experience teaching for the SAT, ACT, AP, and TOEFL tests. In high school, I earned a 2080 on the SAT, 25 on the ACT, 5s on AP Language & Composition and Literature & Composition, 4s on AP US History & World History. I recently returned to the US after years of living abroad. I have been an exchange student in Germany, an intern in Japan, a research assistant in Belize, and an EFL teacher in Spain. I love teaching and learning languages, learning about and experiencing other cultures, and reading. I am passionate about social justice and sustainability, and seek to improve access and equity in education.
