I recently graduated from the University of California - Los Angeles and am passionate about teaching. Science and math are strong topics as I have a bachelor's degree in biology. Problem solving can be challenging for some, but the process must be completed one step at a time. With this mentality I tutor algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, finite mathematics, and differential equations. Earth science, biology, homework help, and study skills are other areas I can cover in the academic spectrum.A fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, I worked as a sports writer/intern for the team's website, for a year, which enabled me to pursue my interest in writing, develop my writing skills, and harness my ability to bring in readers. I am currently planning to continue my education. My goal is to someday be a nurse and I have started the process of furthering my education in this area. Healthcare is my passion which is an extension of my will to help people. I am really excited about teaching and helping students overcome any challenges in school. I currently live in Orange, California and my favorite thing in the world besides tutoring and helping others in any way is basketball.
